Browse Thumbnail Poster

Hello everyone,

What is the best way to replace the thumbnail poster when you browse an app? I have a video animation on my cover that plays, I tried using the capture poster option on the Media panel but when my cover loads on the Content Viewer the poster is displayed for a few seconds and then my video starts, I have a small delay on my video already in place. Currently I just have a black container. I appreciate the help. Thanks.

Whenever you have an auto-playing overlay that doesn't get picked up in the browse thumbnail, a workaround is to add a static image behind the overlay. This static image shouldn't appear in the article but it should get picked up in the browse thumbnail.
