Swapping Out Paypal Verified E-mail

Hi,

I read in a couple previous posts that your Formscentral account can have only one Paypal verified e-mail address to it. I have a client that I am setting up and I believe during my testing I used my personal Paypal and when I attempted to use their fully verified Paypal Business Account it keeps referring me to the "manage account". Again, it's already verified (they both are).

Is the newer one fighting with the one I originally had in there? If so, is there a way to swap them out?

Hi Mike,

You should be able to register multiple PayPal accounts as long as they are verified and confirmed. I believe you have seen the message "This is not a verified PayPal account. Please use the "Manage Account" link below to log into your PayPal account and verify it." Could you let me know the PayPal account email you tried to register but failed? I will check our server log to see what exactly the failure was.
