What model of camcorder did you get this MOV from, Jm? It's got some very untraditional specs.
(Also try changing the suffix to .mp4 and see if it work in Premiere Elements.)
I am using a Kodak EasyShare z980. And your recommendation to change the file extension from .MOV to .mp4 worked. PE 11 is now allowing me to import the videos with the changed file extension. Thank you very much for the assistance.
P.S. the Adobe online support and call in numbers were useless. You were a life saver.
