    New shortcut for zooming out?

    ison2

How do I make a new shortcut for zooming out that includes clicking on the mouse? Preferably ctrl + spacebar + clicking on mouse. I have already managed to make a new shortcut for zooming in (ctrl + alt + spacebar + clicking on mouse), but couldn’t find a way of doing zooming out. I know I can use -/+, but I prefer to click on the mouse. I work on mac if that makes any difference. Thank you!

What did you do to incorporate the mouse click in the other shortcut?

In 'Keyboard Shortcuts' I went to 'Product Area - Tools' and changed in 'Zoom'. But 'Zoom' is just zooming in. There wasn't an option for zooming out.

The reason I want to change the shortcut is I want to be able to zoom in/out in "several %-steps" with my left hand only (hope you understand what I mean). And because I'm used to doing this..

Hm.. I have found a shortcut that works without using +/- -:

Zoom in: space bar + cmd + clicking on mouse

Zoom out: space bar + cmd + alt + clicking on mouse

This shortcut must have been there all the time. Sorry! I was so used to the other one (that I must have made years ago on my pc) that I didn't check this possibility when I changed to mac.

Thank you anyway! This is a great forum.
