I moved my Adobe program files to my E:\ drive and now I can't install Extensions

I'm using Adobe Master Suite CS5.5 on  Windows 7 64 bit, I moved the programs using a program called Application Mover (http://www.funduc.com/app_mover.htm)

I'm trying to install a .zxp extension into Flash Professional but have not been able to do so without Adobe Extension Manager knowing where my Flash program files are located.

The only programs that show on extension manager are the 64 bit ones, Photoshop and After Effects.

Is there a way of either bypassing the extension manager completely or is there a way to update extention manager's file paths?
