Renaming shopping cart is empty

I am trying to rename or rather translate the shopping cart is empty text and i can't find the html file for this module. Where can i find this htm file?

This solution Sidney suggests from Frank Grootaarts (http://forums.adobe.com/message/4840933#4840933 post 11 on the page) Nov 23, 2012, will translate the "shopping cart is empty" text to anything you want. It's dead easy. Just one peice of javascript (I added it to my default page template).
