Corrupt preferences come to mind. Reset by starting Photoshop and quickly press ctrl-shift-alt. You will see a dialog asking if you want to delete the Photoshop Settings file. Answer Yes, and hopefully everything will be back to normal.
it dint work . still same problem. does any windows update created any problem cuz after updating windows this problem happened(i guess)
You could uninstall/reinstall Photoshop if you have your dvdrom or install folder. Maybe some file or registry entry got corrupted and this might fix it.
ya i will try. lets see. i had portable version PH CS6 before so i deleted it and trying again to install.
Delete all the illegal software from your system. You've got a lot of nerve coming onto Adobe's web site and asking for help with stolen software, not to mention a lack of good sense.
