The message says that the Adobe server was busy when you tried to access
it. Try again later, and if it stll doesn't work, you should contact Adobe
via the Chat feature and see if they have any information or ideas. Hope

The definition of 'insanity' is trying the same thing the same way over and
over, and expecting a different result.
I had the same issue - and eventually I was able to get through. If your
computer has both a LAN interface and wireless, try whichever one you are
not using normally and see if that changes anything. Sometimes it does -

I'm having the same error message and have been trying for several days. I have a nook touch but I can't authrize my computer to be able to move my books to the nook. Has anyone seen an answer or work-around?
