@Iñaki – this is possible by scripting. But it would only be "semi-automatic". That means, every time you add or delete pages, you would re-run the script for updating the page names.
I've seen such a script a couple of years ago, but cannot remember where…
Maybe you could look in the Scripting forum for InDesign and do a search there. Or try good old uncle Google…
//EDIT: Ah! Jongware came to rescue. Cool…

Thanks a lot. I'll check it out and see if it works for us. Anyway, if it does, I'll have to translate it into Spanish. Can I get back to you if I have any doubts?
I fear for Spanish the script would not work.
The same is true for German (my mother tongue).
For a different language we need a different logic to couple "atoms" together.
And a totally revised list of "atoms".
Example for German:
23 = Dreiundzwanzig (translated in "atoms" as "three-plus-twenty").
The only routine to change should be my "numberToText". I won't attempt to, my level of Spanish does not go that far.
But converting numbers to words is a popular task; it's quite common to get it as a programming class assignment. Maybe you can find an online example of how it should work.
