I have purchased the student/teacher edition of Premiere Elements 11. I have sent off my proof 1 month ago, I now have 2 days left of the trial version and still have not received my serial number. I sent my proof off again 2-3 days ago and still have no reply. If there is any suggestions I would be grateful.
This is a user-to-user forum, so we can't give you a serial number.
Where did you buy it from? You'll need to get the serial number from them.
I bought CS5 a bit over 2 years ago, before I retired from WA State U
I sent my proof to the email address included inside the product box, and received my number in about 2 days
If you have not even received a reply saying your proof was received, you need to contact the place where you made your purchase to see if they can help
You might also contact Adobe to see if there is a better place to send your proof
