This is a common issue when users try to restore their Creative Suite installations to a different computer or restore from a Time Machine back up. Please see Error "Licensing has stopped working" | Mac OS - http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/error-licensing-stopped-mac-os.html for information which may allow you to resolve this issue.
If you continue to experience difficulties then I would recommend formatting the new hard drive. Reinstall the OS and only restore your documents and setting. You can then reinstall the software your software from the installation media.
