Is there any way to lock all the response rows so that nothing can be deleted? I went through each column and locked them, only to find that if I hit "delete row" it still deletes the data! I have mutiple collaborators and I want to be sure no data is ever deleted by mistake.
I think another approach might be better. If your collaborators only need to view/manipulate the data in the Response field, give them 'Reader'-level rights to the form rather than Co-author or Contributor rights.
This link explains the differences between these roles: http://help.adobe.com/en_US/formscentral/using/WSf5b6c121e965a9ae-6db8ff6612d7cd792d7-8000 .html#WSf5b6c121e965a9ae-6db8ff6612d7cd792d7-7ffd
The problem is I DO need them to be able to type data into one of the response fields. Therefore, reader level rights won't work, since you can only view data, you can't add anything to the table. I just don't understand why there isn't a lock row feature that would enable you to lock rows and prevent deletion in general, regardless of the user rights. Personally, the "export to PDF" button is extremely close to the "delete row" button. Too close for comfort. And I can see users mistakenly deleting information even if there intent is to do something else, like export a PDF.
