Hello
I wonder if it’s possible with Photoshop CS5 (OS: Win7) to control and navigate the cursor position automatically?
Situation: I have a layer with many scattered points.
Wanted: I would like to jump automatically (e. g. by mouse click) to every single point.
Or is it basically not possible because it is a Graphic- and *not* a Vector Software.
Many thanks for any help
Lars
PS: I know the feature "Free Transform" (Ctrl + T) but it is not what I am looking for.
It's not impossible, but PS simply has no algorithms to detect isolated islands that meet specific criteria. I vaguely remember one of the lesser known programs having a feature to muve such stuff without creating selections, but I'm not sure if it was PD Pro/ Project Dogwaffle or an even more esoteric one... It#s realyl not a matter of vector vs. pixel, PS simply doesn't have the code for it.

Hello Mylenium
Many thanks for the answer.
I have to clarify my question. I wasn’t precise enough, it’s a little bit different.
Given: I have individual image coordinates for a set of locations.
Wanted: A possibility to position the cursor sequentially at those image location by the means of an external script or procedure.
Thanks for any help.
Lars
You best bet would be to post in the scripting forum and see what they say. http://forums.adobe.com/community/photoshop/photoshop_scripting
