What do I need to do to open my RAW files from my Canon 5DMk3 into PS CS6?

Have you updated cs6 to the latest version of camera raw?
Help>Updates

cs6 ships with camera raw 7, but you need at least 7.1 to open those files.
The latest version of camera raw is 7.3
