Opening .eps files to use in Fireworks

    geovino
I have some graphics files I need to convert from .eps (Illustrator) files to .png files or jpeg files to work on in Fireworks. How can I do that?

      Thanks

If you have full version of Adobe Acrobat, use Acrobat Distiller to
convert eps to pdf, then ACrobat to convert pdf to something else.

If you don't have Acrobat, there is a free solution:

          http://www.ghostscript.com/

you gonna need Ghostscript (the Postscript interpreter) and GSView
          (frontend to it).

Unfortunately, I don't remember anything about GS frontends for Mac, but
the kernel should be available for Mac as well.
