    TextInput/Buttons in A Masked Movie

      I have a form that that has some textinput components plus a submit button. The form is included as a movie clip within a masked movie. For some reason, both the input fields and button are disabled in the movie. When I remove the mask, the form works with no problems. Is there any workaround? I really need to get the form to work with the mask. Thanks in advance!

          After a bit of googling I eventually found the solution. In case anyone else encounters the same problem, here is the actionscript solution:

          import mx.styles.CSSStyleDeclaration;
          _global.styles.TextInput = new CSSStyleDeclaration();
          _global.styles.TextInput.setStyle("fontFamily", "Verdana");
          _global.styles.TextInput.setStyle("backgroundColor ", 0xffffff);
          _global.styles.TextInput.setStyle("embedFonts", true);

          Thanks anyway!

            I'm having this exact same problem. I tried inserting the ActionScript you've suggested...I tried on the main container swf as well as the loaded swf that has the TextInput components in it, but I still can't seem to get it to work.

            Where exactly did you end up putting that AS?

            Thank you very much!
