    If then statement in Adobe

      Hello everyone.

I'm trying to create something in an adobe document that is not working out so well for me.  I have a drop down list that will contain 66 entries.  When a person clicks on one of the entries I need it to insert an address into a text field on the top of the fillable PDF that I have created.  Sounds simple.  I have been searching and can not really come up with a good script that would allow me to use that dropdown as my point of data and then take that entry and put the address associated with it into the field.  Sounds easy but all of the If then statements that I have tried are not working out?  Does anyone have any suggestions on this?
