On the Kuler home page https://kuler.adobe.com right under News & Features is an entry for Login Issues? saying "We are working to restore login issues with Kuler. Please have patience."
I agree that the notice could be more visible. I have been in communicatioin with the Kuler team and they are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

Thank you, Dave. I did see the little notice after I posted this information. I am able to login now. I did see on InfoSecurity Magazine that Adobe was hacked. Was that the cause of the login issues?

Glad you hear you are both able to get in now. I'm not sure if the article in InfoSecuirty is related or not. Adobe had an issue a while back with a security certificates but I think that was a different issue.
