Every time I try to use Adobe Exchange or Kuler in any of the CS 6 Design Standard Applications, the panel displays a message saying it can't connect to the service. But if I check for updates in the Exchange Panel it says no updates are available so this would indicate it can connect. All other connections from Adobe applications seem to be working. I have all the latest updates and am running CS 6 on Mac OS X Mountain Lion. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
Do you see any products or any content showing in either panel? Maybe you cpuld post a screenshot so it's easier to see what's going on.
I ended up doing a clean re-install of the whole CS and now everything seems to be working properly. Thanks anyway.
