but no luck so far. livechat were no help, and tech support phone in Australia, didnt answer the phone then the line dropped.
Premiere Pro installed via the download manager (creative cloud), when it launches the splash comes up and runs through the list of files, then the window opens for a split second, and immediately quits. No error messages.
Any ideas, and how can I get through to a tech support person, do Adobe even offer this?
Please help, Im getting desperate now, its been all day and I'm back at work tomorrow. how can I get an answer?
