I'm having trouble changing the audio output mapping in premiere cs6 on a Mac Pro.
I have a usb headset for short term use that I want to set up. I go to the menu I can change it, and the headset shows up, and I can select it, but clicking "ok" doesn't save it. I can listen to audio fine thru everything else on my computer with this headset. I can't even get the audio output mapping to make sound with the built in speakers (not ideal for sound, but I'd take it for now)
Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Anything I can offer for more info, please ask. Thanks!
crazy, I'm having the exact same issue on the same day, only my issue is I keep setting my audio mapping to my wireless headphones (bluetooth) and click OK but it doesn't work. When I re open audio mapping prefs its set back to the default.
I'd recommend skipping USB audio devices and just use the normal audio ports. Things tend to work better that way.
