We currently don't support approval processes.
What specifically are the supervisors approving? 1. The design layout of the form, ie: questions asked, form fields, etc. OR 2. The responses/registration must meet some kind of criteria for approval, ie: the registrants must meet some kind of approval level according to their responses?
If #1, then perhaps you can add the supervisor as a contributor/co-author, and they would have access to the design function.
If #2, then perhaps you can add the supervisor as a contributor, co-author, reader, (with the addition of "automatic Notification" to the supervisor email). This way, the supervisor may receive the Registrants info in their email Inbox, and Forward to you their "approval" or "dis-approval" of the registrant each time you get a registration.
We are organising seminars / workshops. The future students are registering through an adobe forms central forms account. The future students within state government agency and private health services will require their supervisors to approval the registration.
Unfortunately, as the number of students are big, we are thinking the registrant to add the supervisor name's in one of the "field" then it will automatically to be sent to the supervisors. Once it is approved, the system will notify us.
I am not a computer wizz, but that is the concept. I am not sure whether we can do this in the adobe forms central.
Anyway, thanks for the suggestion.
