    Attempting to upgrade to 6.1  Day 12

      Day 12 of my attemts to upgrade to 6.1

       

      Installer thinks Acrobat Pro XI is a trial version. 

       

      So far it's only been round and round with support. 

       

      Is there a way to really have someone address my problem as opposed to helping Adobe solve theirs?  I get that support wants to figure out what is going on.  but after 9 hours working with them, and no progress, can't I get my problem fixed?  The fix seems simple, my subscription will not validate the Acrobat Pro XI module, and my subscription serial number is invalid for the module, of course it is,, during the installation process, the message I get, is that Pro XI will be installed on a trial basis.

       

      Working with either technicial and customer support is only an exercise in frustration (I'm a 20 plus year technicial support professional).  Is there no one out there that can help?
