Delete the opm.db file on your machine
- For Windows: C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Local Settings\Application Data\Adobe\OOBE
- For Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE for Mac. (make sure you can view hidden files in Finder or delete it from your terminal using rm ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/opm.db)
After you delete the opm.db file, you will have to log in again and everything should work.
It's just really annoying and kind of strange that I can be logged into Folio Builder and logged in online, but Exchange still won't sign in properly. Welcome to the world of cloud computing.
