    0xc000007b in Premiere Pro


      I have been using Premiere Pro for about 6 months now and this week I tried to open the program and got a message saying "this application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close application. I have uninstalled  and re-installed the program, I even ran the clean up tool, but nothing seems to be working. please help
