Internet explorer asks to upgrade flashplayer and it will not install,now I have no streaming video .

What exactly do you mean "will not install"; do you get an error message?

The program just keeps coming back up when I try to watch any video that I need to upgrade flash player,then after I download it the same prompt comes up saying I need to update flash player.

And you checked the Shockwave Flash add-on and ActiveX Filtering?
