I just updated my Mac (OS 10.8.2) to Lightroom 4.3 (from 4.0). Now a yellow bar appears on the bottom of the screen when Lightroom is opened. Attached is a screenshot. A similar discussion line on Aug 13, 2012 did not yield an answer. Has anyone else seen this? Do you know how to remove it? Thank you in advance.

The problem required an online chat with Adobe tech support, and is now resolved. The yellow bar is gone.
The Adobe technician had to access my computer online to fix the problem. Apparently there was a problem with 'permissions'. I'm not sure what he did to solve the problem. I suggest you give them a call.
The yellow bar is actually a highlight intended to draw attention to the filmstrip from one of our help tips in the Develop module. We don't understand why it's appearing when that tip is not visible, but you should be able to fix it by choosing Help > Develop Module Tips, then clicking the X in the upper right corner of the tip that appears to reset it.
