I just downloaded three products in the Adobe Exchange and two of them I paid for. The free one works, but when I start photoshop the exchange panel tells me there is an error loading and to check my internet connection (which is fine)... the one free one works, but the two that I paid for don't show up in my extensions menu? Can anyone please help me with this?
Your products work independently of Adobe Exchnage once they have been installed. Depending on what the products were they might not be installed in the Extensions menu. Please private message me with your contact details so we can investigate this.
