Does Windows Explorer show any files in the internal memory?
I don't know that camera, but it MAY be that a memory card supersedes internal memory, so there ARE no files in the internal memory
You should attach the camcorder via USB and turn it onto VCR.
Then use Premiere Elements Add Media/From Flip or AVCHD Camcorder to import the video and copy it from the camcorder.
Both on board(built-in) memory and the SD card have movies recorded to it. I tried removing the SD card to see if anything changed, and i still couldn't access the built-in movies via Premiere Elements 10.
Steve, sorry should have specified that i was connecting the camera via USB. Not sure what you mean by "turn it to VCR", I'm assuming i would have had to, to access to memory for PC connection.
The selection I've been using is the Flip,AVCHD,Cameras,Phones or Removeable Drive to get movie. I have tried all the others for fun and they can't even see the SD card data.
So are you able to select the camcorder in Premiere Elements' Video Importer?
It's not clear where your import is failing.
