resdesign Dec 26, 2012 11:57 AM (in response to resdesign)This may not work with what you are doing though since the coord are static.

therayman Dec 26, 2012 12:01 PM (in response to resdesign)Thanks, I can use shape "poly" drawn on the png's in Firewire. It's a bit long winded but it works.

5. Re: On the Edge
therayman Dec 26, 2012 12:06 PM (in response to resdesign)Yes it is static but I have more less given up making a responive solution. The vast majority of the target audience will probably be using iPads...

6. Re: On the Edge
resdesign Dec 26, 2012 12:09 PM (in response to therayman)I know it - hard work. It is pretty time consuming to do uneven shapes with poly which I used for the non-rectangle shapes I had so East and South Texas!

7. Re: On the Edge
therayman Dec 26, 2012 6:25 PM (in response to therayman)Having spent quite some time messing with Edge I have managed to make an animated button with an irregular shaped hit spot. Unfortunately I can't repeat the process consistantly. Animation is very easy and intuitive but codeing the thing is another matter. I am beggining to loose interest in it. What I have been trying to do is not complicated but has become extremely so. Without clear documentation it is frankly a waste of my time.
I have also noticed that if I have Edge and Dreamweaver open at the same time, both software constantly request reloading because of changes to the document. 1.01 is early days but I think it has a way to go before I would want to use it.
