In a nutshell, the line of code that you have shown should not be a problem.
Hence the problem should be sought in what you have not shown us.
Why is the SpryDataSet being refreshed? Is it because the data table is being updated regularly? Where does the data that populates the data table come from? etc etc.????
Yes, trying one project and I need to regularly update the data from tbl Spry data every second. "Data are loaded fine in IE9 and mozilla" in that there is no problem. but in the IE9 just problem is that after a short time my CPU is 100% busy.
on the internet had some similar problem, I have seen somewhere that someone tried to use the parameter "test.php+unique" but I do not know how this parameter is used and what it means.

This should be "test.php?unique=timestamp" or similar. What this does is override the browser cache and fools it into thinking that it is a new web page, thus ensuring that it is not loaded from cache.
I doubt though that this is the problem and you are not giving us any info to go on to determine as to what the problem may be.
A link to your site would be a great help.
it is a problem, the site is not finished and I test on localhost on my PC. But I understand what you mean, it can help because other browsers are working well, and I read that IE9 has trouble with it. try some steps and let you know if a similar step works..
maybe I can convince you yet: you don't need to feel embarrassed, but we can still better analyze your work, if it's available to us on the web, no matter how it looks like.
cool cool I found a solution that works. I do not know how this is possible, but if I add the parameter "+ unique" so IE9 works correctly
thank you for the explanation Altruistic Gramps.
