Other third party projector tools allow you to do it. I've used MDM Zinc before. Flash Jester probably also allows for that as well. Don't know if there are other methods.
Hope that helps!

In addition to Dave's link, you could check out Jugglor from
Not just title but custom shape, custom right click, ability to use joystick, spread file across
multiple screens, wrap all (swf, variable files, images) in one EXE, built custom installer,
expire date, limit number of runs, position on screen, hundreds of skins to choose from ....
you name it. There is just way too many options to list here.
Take note that there is more tools of similar purpose, however I did not use any
of these so can't comment on it. I have been using Jugglor for 8 years now. Long
before any of the other tools came out so kind of get use to it and it does all I need.
Anyway, just in case :
Flash 'N Pack flashnpack.com
Flash Studio Pro multidmedia.com
ICE Projector flashants.com
SWF Kit Express swfkit.com
SWF Kit Pro swfkit.com
SWF Kit standard swfkit.com
SWF studio norhcode.com
If you need it urgently, please do not hesitate to ask, I can "jugglor" the file
for you. Just upload the exe somewhere and I'll send it back in a short while.
Happy New Year guys - all the best there is in the 2006 :)
