Good Evening Community!
I have some question about my Hardware if it is strong enough for video editing and I would be glad if you could provide me with tipps on more suitable Hardware.
-System will run on Windows 7 64-Bit Professional
-Intel Core i7-3770K 3500 MHz
Level2 Cache: 4x 256 kB
Level3 Cache: 8192 kB
- Motherboard: ASUS P8Z77-V PRO/THUNDERBOLT
-RAM -Mushkin DIMM 32 GB DDR3-1600
- Harddrive: 2x OCZ Vector 2,5" SSD 256 GB
+ Seagate ST2000DM001 2 TB
Geforce GTX 670 with 4GB VRAM
While what you have listed would likely work, you would be much better served spending about the same cash on:
128GB SSD for boot drive / programs
2 or possibly even more 2TB Seagates depending on your media and workflow
You should probably describe you projects and your workflow - what media, how many tracks, length of projects, etc.
