    Preloader

      Is it possible to load a movie like this:

      this.createEmptyMovieClip ("mDu", this.getNextHighestDepth());
      var oListener:Object = new Object();
      oListener.onLoadInit = function(mDuContent:MovieClip):Void {
      mDuContent._y = 0;
      mDuContent._x = 0;
      };
      var mclLoader:MovieClipLoader = new MovieClipLoader();
      mclLoader.loadClip("huDu.swf", mDu);
      mclLoader.addListener(oListener);

      and then unload it and still have it stored on the users tmp folder? So when I load it the next time it will not be downloaded again? Coz I'm building a preloader that handels multible swf-files but only uses one preloader.

      Thank you!

          Yes. This is what happens with all Flash content -- and in fact, all
          content of any kind (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JPGs, GIFs, etc.) -- unless the
          content is specifically streamed from a sreaming media server, like certain
          cases of QuickTime, Windows Media, and the like. Whether or not you
          preload, your Flash content will be in the user's Internet cache, assuming
          they have it set to allow cached content.
