I've got a site with a few different edge peices. I'm almost done, but my last part has a issue with the text in the menu being centered. its the second section when you scroll down and has a video pic of rachel ray listeining to a fake scientist.
I've also go it here by itself and its fine. http://www.newhairutah.com/sliderYoutube-01.html
I guess there's a conflict someplace? I have some menu conflicts I changed as when both Edge peices had similar naming conventions it was ruining christmas.
so I changed those up and most of my issues have gone away, but I've still got this text issue. Is there a way to put a !important on it or anything?
Why not just turn off centering option from the the Property Panel for those text elements?
maybe that would do it.
I ended up blowing it away and putting in fresh text with different font names and it worked.
I think it was getting a conflict with other styles or the other edge piece I have going.
Edge Animate creates unique ids and class for each element, so setting the Elements property for them would not cause the conflict. Sounds like you have other or external things going on with your project. Other css libraries, perhaps?
Nontheless, glad it worked itself out.
