problem with missing file in ade

Hi everybody,

I'm facing a problem with ade files:

I purchased a ebook with adr coding. I downloaded it with the adobe soft and I can normally read it on pc but on the library, in the info of the ebook, it keep saying me the file is missing (I don't understand which file is which is missing). Fact is when I try to read it on my ebook reader (kobo glo) I get just a black page and no way I'm able to read my ebook.

What's wrong?
