    Export to JPG

I have a preset created that exports my RAW file to a subfolder of the original, called jpg export.I have selected Put in Subfolder (jpg Export) and I have selected Add to This Catalog. When I view the original folder conatining the RAW files, the newly created JPG's show there as well as the subfolder jpg Export. Does this mean the jpg is in both folders or simply viewable in either folder?

How do I edit a preset? Do I simply open it up, make my changes and when I select Export, that process "saves" the changes?

All the changes you make to images in Lightroom are automatically save to the catalog file. The export function creates a new file with the changes you made to the original file and instructions you select in the export dialog box. There is no save function in Lightroom
