I've seen lots of questions about not being able to connect to a wireless network but not one that shows that some devices will connect while others don't. My ipad connects but my Samsung Galaxy 3 doesn't. I am using the same wireless connection for both. I am on a Windows 7 machine. The wireless connection is secure. Is there a setting on my phone that is preventing me from connecting? I've been at this for a long long time......
I've tried manually entering the IP for the wireless network, disabling my firewall, rebooting my modem, trying an unsecured network (my guest one). I have Chrome and Edge Inspect installed on my phone. I'm signed into my desktop's Edge Inspect's account.
Hi, I'm not clear on your question... are you unable to connect your Android device to your wireless network, or do you have it connected to the wireless network and are unable to get Edge Inspect to connect to your computer?
The Adobe Edge Inspect App on my phone cannot connect to my network. When I open the app up I see my network name and a cog wheel spinning and spinning. If I use the 'Connection's in the Edge App to manually join my network via its IP I am not successful either. I seem to be following the same protocol for connecting on my ipad and have no trouble there, just with my phone.
Thanks for your attention to this.
