Kiyuco BC Map App

Hi All

Happy new year and hope you all had a nice Christmas.

After much messing around with the maps module and efforst trying to customise it, i thought I would go and buy the Kiyuco map app. I have followed the videos and guidance a few times now and I can not seem to figure out where I am going wrong.

I have taken the page off the template and tested it and still cant seem to get it to function. Is anybody using this? I am pretty sure the web app works, and it is my lack of knowledge that is letting me down.

here is the page i have created

The below page is one that I had working but I wanted to be able to customise with pretty icons as requested by the customer.

If anybody can see where it is I am going wrong please help me out!

I did take a quick peek and it seems something is not setup right. There are no web app items rendering to the web app list view page. However, we can get you sorted if you make contact there.

Hi Jason

Just wanted to say thank you for the support. Having used the mapapp it has made my life easier, the customisation options have enabled me to add locations and markers without any issues.

I would highly reccommend the map app to anyone wanting a bit more control over the map without having to spend hours researching and reading how to set it all up, also the support is brilliant!

Hi Jason Tinnin (at Kiyuco) - could you please help me use your app? Thanks. I purchased it a couple of days ago, I've submitted a request via your contact form - but have heard nothing. It is fine with the csv file you provided. But any entries with a US zip/address creates a blank map. Thank you for your help.

I've never seen a post from those guys on this forum. Their contact form is
your best bet.

Hello Helen, it appears you contacted us at 6pm on Friday, so we were gone for the weekend. Dan will be in touch with you later this morning to troubleshoot your issue. It's most likely due to a common issue with BC's geocoding. Dan will sort you out though. Thanks Jason.
