In Premiere Pro CS6 submenu Color Correction, I see the function Equalize with three choices, RGB, Brightness and Photoshop Style.
What does Photoshop Style?
When I make that choice becomes one for me perfect adjustment of color and light.
But what is it really happening? Is it only brightness that change?
I can change the Amount to E. ... But see no explanation anywhere in the manual.
It looks like it's spreading the Luma values out evenly over the entire 0 to 100 IRE.
Take a look on the Waveform Monitor to see if you can tell what it is doing to luma , chroma and gamma
