Everytime I try and update, it goes all the way to 100% downloaded then gives me the following error: Error log file location: /Library/Logs/Adobe/Installers
How can I fix this?
Also, I have some purchased actions that used to work fine for me when I had the free trial, but now that I have subscribed, they no longer work right. How can I fix this as well?
You can delete the Extension Manager CS6 installation folder in your machine then install the latest version by downloading and running http://download.macromedia.com/pub/dw_exchange/extension_manager/win/AdobeExtensionManager 6.0.4All.zip (for Windows) or http://download.macromedia.com/pub/dw_exchange/extension_manager/mac/AdobeExtensionManager 6.0.4All.dmg (for Mac). You can find these two links at http://www.adobe.com/exchange/em_download/.
