downloading flash player

I am running windows 8 and I need to have flash player.  I am having great difficulty trying to locate it on the computer or downloading it.  I need your help.

Internet Explorer 10 on Windows 8 has Flash Player already preinstalled; you don't need to (and cannot) install it manually.

Use Windows Update to obtain the latest Flash Player for IE10.
