I starte a project in C5.5 I believe and moved it to CS6 trial (subsequently deleating the original file by mistake). I finished it and went to convert it to a MPEG which took hours( I don't know if that is normal) and when it came out the audio was good but the video was proplemed. When the video would play anything that moved had horizontal lines trailing it, I don't even have a clue on how to fix it, please help someone?
1st, moving from a full version to a 30-day trial was not really a good thing to do
2nd, LOTS of questions for you to answer
3rd, What are you editing, and does your project match your video?
