Your best approach is to do a PSE backup with a PSE restore to the new computer. Everything will be copied: catalog, organization and all you pictures. It would be best to delete all the pictures you moved to the new computer.
Here is the help link on hjow to do back up and restore for your catalog from any of the machines to your new one.
