"ReferentialIntegrityException: REFERENCE property does not exist" on package install

I am attempting to install content from another CQ5.4 instance on my own local instance. However, when I attempt to install the package, the install runs to completion, but then CQ throws an exception:

My instance ends up with an incomplete install of the pacakge contents. I am not sure where to go from here... how do I find this node that this REFERENCE property is trying to reference?
