A much easier tool at least for the initial capture: Audacity. It's free... but the main thing that's handy in many cases, is that Audacity has a feature not found in the Adobe suite: you can set a Silence Level and duration... and it will automatically break apart your casette into separate tracks.

Fortunately, for audio capture, little if any of that complexity needs to be considered.
