    How to delete font(s)?

    Lithium_Nitrate Level 1
well i ran a search, but nothing came up on this topic.

i only use about a fourth of the huge font list in FW and i add custom fonts as i go. is there a way i can permanently delete the fonts i never use from the Fonts menu?

just figured out how to do it, so for future users who search this topic:

          (winXP)

control panel > appearance & themes > fonts folder

          from there, delete away, yeeha.

Probably to late, but getting rid of fonts you don't use is not a bad idea
but I would copy them onto a CD/DVD first. Various programmes come with
assorted fonts that can cost a small fortune to buy if you need them in the
            future.

FW uses fonts that are installed in the OS. Getting rid of them is silly.

yes i'm aware of that issue, thnx. i was only deleting obscure fonts that i know i'll never use. there were so many, i had to scroll down & i have a 24" lcd. it's sooo much better now w/o all that garbage.
