When I open PremierePro an error message appears: eLicensor POS Error Message (File Synsoacc, bundle could not be located in the Application Support folder). Then a second error message appears: File Synsoacc bundle does not have the expected interface). PremierePro does open up for me, and I can begin to configure it, but why the error messages? I haven't used Premiere for years; have been using Media100 and FCP. I'd like to get back to using PremierePro but want to make sure the program is installed properly before I begin to use it. Thanks for your help and suggestions. Walter Ungerer

Problem not resolved.
Premiere Pro does function, but I don't know what is missing/what functions are not working since I'm just beginning to use the system.
PremierePro CS6 is app that brings up the error message at time the program is opened, before a project is created.
All software is up to date.
Operating system: Mac OS 10.7.5

These two error messanges come up in order twice in succession as I click "okay".
