    Photoshop CS6 x64 crashing...

    Syrax12 Level 1

I have been having a lot of crashes lately at seemingly random times. I could be changing the opacity of a layer and it crashes, using puppet warp and it crashes, using free transform, so it doesn't seem to be a particular feature that is crashing it. Below is the error I get in Windows Event Viewer:

Faulting application name: Photoshop.exe, version: 13.0.1.0, time stamp: 0x5022da9d

Faulting module name: ntdll.dll, version: 6.1.7601.17725, time stamp: 0x4ec4aa8e

      Exception code: 0xc0000374

      Fault offset: 0x00000000000c40f2

      Faulting process id: 0x51b8

      Faulting application start time: 0x01cdf27699889384

      Faulting application path: C:\Adobe CS6\Adobe Photoshop CS6 (64 Bit)\Photoshop.exe

      Faulting module path: C:\Windows\SYSTEM32\ntdll.dll

      Report Id: 224dc4f4-5e6b-11e2-aff8-782bcb988aec

My computer specs are as follows:

      Windows 7 Pro 64bit SP1

      Intel Core i5-2400 3.1GHz

AMD Radeon HD 6350 512mb of RAM

      8gig RAM

359gig of 464gig HDD space available

My Photoshop prefs are as follows:

      Photoshop uses 80% RAM

Scratch disc 1 is on a secondary drive

Scratch disc 2 is on the primary drive

      Use Graphics Processor is checked

Any ideas what might be causing this? Thanks!
