    VTL Tool and Native end-of-line

    richardliechty

When doing a export from CQ using the vault utility., it converts end-of-line characters to match the developers operating system.  Our preference is to keep all EOL characters to be *nix regardless of the developers environment.  Is there a way to set or override the default VLT behavior?

This article describes how SVN should be modified to use native EOL.  Unfortunately, this documents a global setting for SVN which would impact all projects (non-CQ).

We are using vault-cli-2.4.18.  Our work pattern is to develop in Eclipse, Deploy into CQ5 with Maven, and SVN for source contorl.  We have multi platform development environments (OSx, *nix, Win) and targert runtime servers.

      Thanks!
